Can Creatine be imported to pakistan if yes then tell the custom duty applied on it

I want to import creatine so the custom allow it or not if yes then how much custom duty applied on it

Income tax@ 9.00%
Additional custom duty @1.00%

Import Policy:

  1. Health Cert. In Forum-IV issued by an authorized Vet. Officer of country of export: Importable, If fit for human consumption, free from Haram, and edible products have at least 50% of shelf life, Importable, If importer an industrial concern.
  2. DRAP (Drugs Regulatory Authority Pakistan) certificate required.
  3. ADC ( Additional Drugs Certificate) Required.

i have to provide them these certificates or the site from which i am buying will provide these certificates to the customs

Both are same edible commodities for Health, Fitness and requirements are same on both of it.
